Cato, our health insights engine, combines your blood results and current lifestyle habits to calculate your health results. You can access your results from within your ElevateMe health app.

How do you determine suitable diet and lifestyle actions?

Cato, our health insights engine, looks at your blood test results and current lifestyle habits to create a suggested action plan. Each action we recommend addresses a non-optimal result or set of results.

What if I can't collect my sample?

The majority of our customers have no difficulty collecting the blood sample. The instruction booklet in the test kit and our sample collection tutorial will give you all the information you need. How can I manage my subscription?

With a health test subscription, your next order will be dispatched periodically depending on the subscription you choose. You’re in full control. You can change or cancel at any time with one click. No annoying back and forth. It’s that easy.

Will I lose all my health data if I cancel the plan?

No, you'll be able to access all historic health test data from within your ElevateMe health app forever. 

What if there is a problem with my sample?

If your sample is missing or needs re-testing, our support team will contact you as soon as possible to resolve it.
