How are my results calculated?
Cato, our intelligent insights engine, combines the results from your blood and lifestyle assessments with your selected focus areas to produce your performance insights and action plan.
How do my results turn into actions?
Cato combines your selected focus areas with your assessment results to create a tailored set of recommended actions. Each action we recommend addresses a non-optimal result or set of results.
What are the assessment ratings?
We use a scale to indicate how far from optimal your results are for each test. Different results may be optimal if they are above, below or in between certain values, so don’t worry if the scales change.
What if I can't collect my sample?
9 out of 10 of our customers have no difficulty collecting their samples. The instruction booklet in the test kit and our sample collection tutorial will give you all the details you require. If, for some reason, you face any difficulty, please contact us at support@elevateme.ai or use the contact form here.

What are 'optimal' levels?
Many blood test providers measure your results against ‘normal’ ranges that only identify a lack of disease. At Elevate, we look to fine tune your performance to its peak, or ‘optimal’, levels.
What does the 'impact score' mean?
Your impact score is a measure of how important an action is, relative to others. It is calculated by combining your focus areas with the degree by which your blood and lifestyle results are not optimal.
Do you offer a referral discount?
Absolutely, share your referral code with friends to give them a new member discount. To make it even sweeter, for every new friend you refer you will get a great discount off your next test, each time!
How can I manage my subsciption?
With the subscription plans, your next order will be processed and your next kit will be dispatched periodically depending on the plan you choose. You’re in full control. Change or cancel at any time with one click. No annoying back and forth. It’s that easy.
